Amerco has recently acquired an Atlanta self storage facility for 2.75 million. You may recognize Amerco as the parent company of U-Haul, but they are also known as Republic Western Company, and Oxford Life Insurance Company.
The new purchase was built in 1989 and is a 61,000 square foot property with 660 units.
